Refund policy
Refunds
Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds on items or gift cards.
Once approved and shipped all sales are final.
No refunds will be granted due to the lead time involved. It is your responsibility to ensure that your dates align with this lead time or as discussed with Cara.
Returns
International orders are not eligible for returns. If a customer is dissatisfied with the product and wishes to initiate a return, they are responsible for shipping the item back to South Africa before the return can be processed.
Damages
Please open your package within 12 hours of delivery to ensure the items arrives intact. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please note that CARA DEMPERS ART is not liable for any damaged items unless the box was damaged by the courier services.
To be eligible for a refund or a redo the item must still be in its original packaging as delivered by the courier services. If there is no proof of the original packaging you will NOT be eligible for a refund or redo.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@caradempersart.com and follow these steps:
Step one:
Take photos of the items in the packaging as they were delivered, including a picture of the damaged box.
Step two:
Reach out to Cara right away with evidence of the damage.
Your photos will be reviewed promptly.
If your return is accepted, you have the option of a refund or redo. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Lost items:
If the purchase is lost during shipping, I will send you a new item as soon as I can make one. I do ship all artwork with a tracking code.
