After the artwork has been completed and fullied dried it will be shipped in 3 business days. 

 

Shipping ceramic works

After the ceramic item / items as been fired and tested your purchase will be shipped in 3 business days. 

All domestic orders will be shipped via Courier guy or Aramex at our discretion. Shipment can be sent to your address or closest collection point.

We are not responsible for delays in delivery once the package has been given to the carrier. We have no control over the speed at which a carrier will deliver the package to you. This applies to expedited methods as well.

 

International Shipping Policy

International orders may be shipped FedEx, DHL or Aramex. We do not offer international shipping through any other carriers at this time.

Cara Dempers Art does not collect taxes or duties for international orders. International orders may be subject to taxes and duties and it is the responsibility of the customer to pay these taxes and duties.

Abandoned international shipments are not eligible for refund or credit.

Pottery that is damaged upon arrival will be replaced as soon as possible, take a look at our Refund Policy Page. It will soon be on its way to you again.  Fortunately, due to very good packing, this issue does not happen very often!  

Package that is lost. please notify us by message as soon as you notice your parcel did not 'move' with its tracking code for an unusual amount of time - anything ranging from 7 to 20 days. We'll refund your money or re-send you the pottery, as you wish.
